Abstract

Una composicion reactiva que contiene GDH-PQQ como una enzima-co-factor y es impresa por serigrafia sobre electrodos de trabajo y controlaelectrodos de biosensores electroquimicos, mantiene la actividad de los reactivos de la enzima a traves de la seleccion adecuada de los componentes. Una composicion preferida incluye polimeros hidrofilicos, silice amorfa no tratada, amortiguadores, surfactantes y un mediador. La figura mas representativa de la invencion es la numero 1a.
