Abstract
MéTODO PARA LAMINAçãO A FRIO DE MATéRIA-PRIMA LAMINADA METáLICA. A invenção é baseada em um método conhecido para a laminação a frio de matéria-prima metálica laminada (4), a qual para deformação plástica entra em um espaçamento de rolos (3) formado entre rolos que giram em sentidos opostos (1,2) em um lado de entrada e deixa o espaçamento de rolos no lado de saída, o calor de deformação que é produzido sendo removido por fornecimento de um gás industrial que está a uma temperatura inferior à da matéria-prima laminada. Com a finalidade de, com base nisto, propiciar um método de laminação a frio com o qual, por um lado, a corrosão das superfícies da matéria-prima laminada e das superfícies dos rolos na região do espaçamento de rolos seja eficazmente impedida e com o qual, por outro lado, a condensação de umidade sobre os rolos e uma redução do teor de oxigênio do ar ambiente de relevância para a saúde como resultado do suprimento de grandes quantidades de gás inerte sejam evitadas, é proposto de acordo com a invenção que um valor medido para a temperatura superficial de pelo menos um dos rolos seja determinado, e que o suprimento de gás industrial seja estabelecido com base no valor medido.METHOD FOR COLD LAMINATION COLD LAMINATION.
