Abstract
CATALISADOR DE METAL DE TRANSIçãO COM BASE EM ARILFENóXI, SISTEMA CATALISADOR DE ARILFENóXI PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM HOMOPOLìMERO, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UM HOMOPOLìMERO E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UM COPOLìMERO. Onde é proposto um sistema catalisador arilfenóxi para a produção de um homopolimero de etileno ou copolímeros de etileno e x-olefina, e um método de produção de um homopolímero de etileno ou copolímeros de etileno e colefina possuindo um peso molecular alto sob uma condição de polimerização em solução de alta temperatura utilizando o mesmo; o sistema catalisador inclui um catalisador de metal com transição baseada em arilfenóxi de 4 grupos e um co-catalisador aluminoxano ou um co-catalisador composto de boro; no catalisador de transição de metal, um derivado de ciclopentadieno e um arilfenóxido na forma de ligantes fixos são localizados ao redor do 40 grupo de metal de transição, o arilfenóxido é substituido com pelo menos um derivado de arila e é localizado na posição perpendicular do mesmo, e os ligantes não são cruzados entre si; o catalisador inclui uma matéria prima que não prejudica o meio-ambiente, a síntese do catalisador é económica e a estabilidade térmica do catalisador é excelente; ele é útil para a produção de um homopolímero de etileno ou copolimeros de etileno e <244>- olefina possuindo diversas propriedades físicas nos processos de polimerização comercial.
