Abstract

Composição poliolefínica tendo um alto balanço de dureza, resistência a impacto e alongamento na ruptura e um baixo encolhimento térmico. O presente invento se refere a uma composição polimérica exibindo um balanço aperfeiçoado de módulo flexional, resistência a impacto IZOD e alongamento na ruptura compreendendo (percentagens em peso): A) uma mistura polimérica compreendendo: A1) de 50 a 70% de um homopolímero cristalino de propileno ou de um copolímero contendo até 5% de etileno e/ou de <244>-olefina(s) C~ 4~-C~ 10~, dito homopolímero ou copolímero tendo um valor de MFR (230<198>C, 2,16 kg) de 50 a 200 g/10 min. e um teor de fração solúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente (em torno de 25<198>C) de 7% ou menos; e A2) de 30 a 50% de um ou mais copolímero(s) de etileno com uma ou mais <244>-olefina(s) C~ 4~-C~ 10~ contendo de 15 a 35% de dita(s) <244>-olefina(s) C~ 4~-C~ 10~; dita mistura polimérica (A) tendo valores de MFR iguais ou maiores que 10 g/10 min., um teor total de <244>-olefina(s) C~ 4~-C~ 10~ igual ou maior que 8%, e um valor de viscosidade intrínseca da fração solúvel em xileno à temperatura ambiente de 1,3 a 2 dL/g, as quantidades de (A1) e (A2) sendo referentes ao peso total da mistura de polímeros; e opcionalmente B) de a15% de um polímero elastomérico diferente de (A2), tendo um valor de dureza (Shore A, ASTM D-2240) igual ou menor que 90 pontos; e/ou C) de 0,5 a 20% de uma carga mineral; as quantidades dos componentes opcionais (B) e (C) sendo referentes ao peso total da composição.
