Abstract

LAMINADOS DE ESTIRAMENTO E EXTENSÍVEL COM TENSçO NA DIREÇçO DA MÁQUINA TRANSVERSAL COMPARAVELMENTE BAIXA E MÉTODOS DE PREPARAR OS MESMOS. Trata-se de um método de produzir um material la- minado que inclui as etapas de fornecer um primeiro material de folha flexivel; fornecer um segundo material de folha flexivel tendo uma primeira superfície e uma segunda superfície, e da mesma forma tendo uma primeira largura de 1X; esticar o segundo material de folha flexível em uma direção da máquina transversal para uma segunda largura dentre cerca de 1,2X e 3 X quando em um estado nivelado; alongar o segundo material de folha flexivel para produzir uma forma de acordeão, desse modo, reduzindo a segunda largura do material de folha para uma terceira largura, menor que a largura da primeira largura, tal que a terceira largura está entre 0,65 X a 0,975 X quando em uma forma de acordeão; aplicar o adesivo à primeira superfície do segundo material de folha flexivel com um processo adesivo de revestimento com ranhura; e unir o primeiro material de folha flexível â primeira superfície do segundo material de folha flexivel.
