Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM PAPEL FINO VOLUMOSO MACIO". Um processo para a produção de mantas de papel fino é mostrado. O processo inclui a etapa de desumidificar parcialmente uma manta de papel fino e, então, submeter uma manta a múltiplas deflexões contra tecidos, antes da secagem da manta de papel fino. Por exemplo, em uma modalidade, a manta de papel fino é defletida múltiplas vezes entre dois tecidos opostos. A manta de papel fino pode ser defletida contra os tecidos sob uma pressão suficiente para fazer com que a manta de papel fino seja moldada contra os tecidos. Pela deflexão da manta de papel fino múltiplas vezes, o rearranjo das fibras de confecção de papel contidas na manta de papel fino ocorre, aumentando o volume da manta.
