Abstract
APARELHO DE EVAPORACçO INDUSTRIAL. E um objeto da presente invenção, no caso de um aparelho em que um material contendo liquido, tendo um ponto de ebulição menor do que o do líquido, é levado a fluir descendentemente ao longo de uma superficie externa de uma guia, durante este tempo o material de ponto de ebulição menor é evaporado, de modo a prover um aparelho específico que pode ser operado de modo estável durante um período de tempo prolongado em uma escala industrial, de modo que não menos que 1 tonelada/hora do líquido é submetida à evaporação e, além disso, para prover um aparelho de evaporação industrial específico em que não se notam problemas devido à degeneração causada por alguma parte do líquido residindo no aparelho durante um período de tempo proiongado. Os presentes inventores alcançaram a presente invenção quando da descoberta de que o objeto acima poderia ser atingido, e um líquido concentrado ou polímero de condensação ou polímero termoplástico de elevada q~ualidade e pureza elevada poderia ser facilmente obtido, por uso de um aparelho de evaporação industrial tendo uma estrutura especificada em que existem giias que não têm, elas mesmas, uma fonte de calor, um membro de controle de trfeto de fluxo, tendo uma função de levar o líquido alimertado sob~ e urna placa perfurada a partir de urna abertura de recepção de líquido a fluir pnncipalmente a partir de uma porção periférica em direção a urna porção ceniral da placa perfurada, é provido em uma zona de alimentação d.e líquido, e as fórmulas (1) a (5), ou fórmulas (1) a (10) ou fórmulas (1) a (12) são atendidas.
