Abstract

PRODUÇAO DE BETA-LACTAMA. A invenção atual descreve a transformação de um microrganismo que não produza naturalmente um composto do beta-lactam com os polinucleotídeos envolvidos no biosynthesis de compostos do beta-lactam e no uso de tais microrganismos transformados na produção de compostos do beta-lactam ou na identificação dos genes ou dos fatores envolvidos na síntese de um composto do beta-lactam.
