Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FITAS A PARTIR DE UMA FOLHA CONTìNUA DE PELìCULA, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZAR O PROCESSO. A invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir tiras a partir de uma membrana de filme, além de um dispositivo para realizar o dito método. De acordo com o dito método, um banho de polímero é extrudada para formar uma membrana de filme, resfriada e extraída e a membrana de filme é então dividida em um grupo de tiras compreendendo uma pluralidade de tiras. Antes do processo de extração, o grupo de tira é separado em diversos grupos de tiras e extraído separadamente. Para se conseguir isto, é provido um dispositivo de extração compreendendo diversas estruturas de extração separadas, as ditas estruturas extraindo as tiras individualmente depois da divisão dos grupos de tiras.
