Abstract

PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA FABRICAçãO DE POLPA DE CELULOSE A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e instalação para produzir e desidratar polpas de celulose, no qual a celulose desfibrada é peneirada para a remoção de fragmentos, depois fracionada em pelo menos três frações (10, 3, 12), cujas frações são tratadas individualmente e depois trazidas completa ou parcialmente juntas, e em que o fracionamento é feito de acordo com a superfície especifica, preferivelmente, com hidrociclones e em que o processo compreende estágios de processo (6, 7) que fracionam as fibras de maior superfície especifica, preferivelmente, as fibras de paredes finas, e em que o processo compreende estágios de processo (2) que fracionam as fibras que apresentam menor superfície especifica, preferivelmente, as fibras de parede mais espessa, e em que uma ou diversas frações de fibras (3,3a) são tratadas, de modo a serem separadas, fibriladas e permanentemente dobradas, preferivelmente por um dispositivo refinador, um moinho de bolas ou dispositivo similar.
