Abstract

<B>"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE NãO TECIDO PROVIDO DE ABERTURAS"<D>. Um método para a fabricação de um não tecido provido de aberturas inclui as etapas de: obtenção de uma folha molhada a partir de uma pasta fluida contendo 0,5 ~ 20% por peso de componente fibroso em água, que compreende, por sua vez, fibras sintéticas termoplásticas possuindo um comprimento de 7 ~ 30 mm e uma finesa de 0,1 ~ 0,8 d, e submissão da folha molhada a um processamento para emaranhamento de fibra através de cursos de jatos de água em alta velocidade e a um processamento para formação de aberturas através de elementos de formação de aberturas possuindo configurações predeterminadas adaptadas para serem seguidas pelas fibras individuais.
