Abstract
"MASSA ALIMENTìCIA PARA PASTEL". A presente invenção refere-se a uma massa a base de farinha de trigo sem fermento, margarina, óleo vegetal, sal de cozinha, açúcar refinado, aguardente de cana e água, ingredientes esses que misturados com exatidão, em um misturador profissional, com tempo de descanso e resfriamento apropriados resultam em uma massa consistente e macia que, após a fritura adquiri características crocante e dourada, dando ao produto final uma aparência de estar sempre fresquinho.
