Abstract

"PRODUTO REFRIGERADO DE MASSA PARA PANIFICAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um produto de massa para panificação pronto para uso o qual pode ser preservado no refrigerador e o qual é preparado a partir de farinha, açúcar, fermento em pó e gordura, contendo entre 0,1 e 3,0% de fermento em pó e proporcionado em uma forma parcialmente cortada ou em uma forma com linhas ou sulcos de marcação. Os pedaços do bloco de massa para panificação são quebrados, colocados em um tabuleiro ou em formas individuais e, então, assados a fim de formar bolos individuais. Além disso, o bloco pode ser formado de diferentes camadas ou tiras de massa, ou cada porção pode ser proporcionada com uma cor, estampagem, decoração ou recheio diferente. Massas diferentes podem ser enroladas juntas a fim de proporcionar uma aparência marmorizada no bloco ou nas camadas ou tiras.
