Abstract

El tapon irrellenable se caracteriza porque una tapa-tubo especial, que forma un cuerpo tubular solidario y envolvente de la parte superior del gollete de la botella, presenta respectivos rebordes salientes superior e inferior que quedan comprimidos hacia adentro por la accion de la envolvente laminar externa, la cual es desplazable verticalmente en la operacion de apertura del tapon, con lo que dichos rebordes, dada su disposicion comprimida, sobresalen elásticamente hacia el exterior al quedar liberados por la envolvente laminar, impidiendo un nuevo descenso de dicha envolvente laminar externa y quedando a la vista dichos rebordes, de modo permanente, siendo demostrativos de la apertura previa del tapon de la botella.
