Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A REGULAGEM DO FLUXO DE PASSAGEM BEM COMO DESCARGA DE FUNDO PARA UM RECIPIENTE METALúRGICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para regulagem do fluxo de passagem por uma descarga de fundo de um recipiente metalúrgico, com um bocal superior, disposto no fundo do recipiente metalúrgico, e um bocal inferior, disposto abaixo do bocal superior, com ao menos uma abertura de admissão de gás inerte e com um sensor integrado junto ou dentro do bocal inferior para determinação da espessura da camada de aglutinações (clogging) do bocal, sendo que o suprimento de gás inerte na descarga de fundo é regulada com base dos sinais de medição do sensor. A invenção refere-se também a uma descarga de fundo para um recipiente metalúrgico com um bocal superior, integrado no fundo de um recipiente metalúrgico, e um bocal inferior, integrado abaixo do bocal superior, sendo que a parede da abertura de fluxo de passagem pelos bocais é ao menos configurado estanque ao fluxo de fusão metálica, sendo que os bocais estão ao menos parcialmente envoltos por um alojamento estanque a gás, sendo que o alojamento envolve o bocal inferior, na sua periferia, estanque a gás, encostando com uma parte no seu lado interno no lado externo do bocal e entre a parede da abertura de fluxo de passagem e o alojamento está disposta uma substância sólida, termicamente isolante.
