Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA PEçA DE AçO ENDURECIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de uma peça de aço endurecido, que tem proteção catódica contra corrosão, sendo que: a) um revestimento é aplicado em uma chapa feita de uma liga de aço endurecível, em um processo de revestimento contínuo, sendo que; b) o revestimento é composto essencialmente de zinco; c) o revestimento contém, adicionalmente, um ou mais elementos com alta afinidade com o oxigênio em uma quantidade total de 0,1 % em peso a 15 % em peso, em relação ao revestimento total; e d) a chapa de aço revestida, pelo menos em algumas áreas e com a admissão do oxigênio atmosférico, é então induzida a uma temperatura necessária para o endurecimento e é aquecida até que seja submetida a uma mudança microestrutural necessária para o endurecimento; sendo que e) uma cobertura superficial composta de um óxido do(s) elemento(s) com alta afinidade com o oxigênio é formada no revestimento; e f) a chapa é conformada antes ou depois do aquecimento; e g) a chapa é esfriada após o aquecimento apropriado, sendo que a taxa de esfriamento é calculada para a obtenção do endurecimento da chapa de liga. A presente também se refere a um revestimento com proteção contra corrosão para a peça de aço endurecido e para a própria peça de aço.
