Abstract

"MéTODO DE DIAGNóSTICO SOROLóGICO E DETERMINAçãO DE ESTATUTO VACINAL, COMPREENDENDO DIFERENTES CONTROLES". A presente invenção tem por objeto um método de diagnóstico sorológico por imunofluorescência indireta, compreendendo o controle sistemático da presença de fatores reumatóides e de anticorpos anti-nucleares em um soro de paciente, bem como o controle da presença e reatividade dos anticorpos secundários de detecção anti IgM e anti IgG utilizado. De acordo com a presente invenção, uma pluralidade de antígenos microbianos corpusculares e de antígenos de controle, que compreendem imunoglobulinas não específicas IgG e IgM e células nucleadas, são depositados por um robó e fixados por adsorção física sobre esse suporte sólido. A presente invenção se refere igualmente a um método de determinação do estatuto vacinal de um indivíduo por dosagem dos anticorpos de tipo IgG específicos de antígenos vacinais e isto para uma pluralidade de antígenos vacinais, segundo o método de diagnóstico, de acordo com a presente invenção.
