Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A REMOçãO DE TRIOXANO DE UMA MISTURA DE FORMALDEìDO, TRIOXANO E áGUA, E PARA A PREPARAçãO DE TRIOXANO A PARTIR DE UMA SOLUçãO AQUOSA DE FORMALDEìDO, E, USO DE TRIOXANO". A invenção refere-se a um método para a separação de trioxano de uma mistura contendo formaldeído, trioxano e água. De acordo com o referido método: a mistura (1) é destilada em um primeiro estágio de destilação (7) em uma pressão entre 0,1 e 2 bar para obter uma corrente (8) contendo formaldeído e uma corrente (9) contendo predominantemente trioxano, além da água e do formaldeído; a corrente (9) é misturada com uma corrente de reciclo (19) contendo predominantemente trioxano, além da água e do formaldeído, para formar uma corrente (10) contendo predominantemente trioxano, além da água e do formaldeído, a corrente (10) e então destilada em um segundo estágio de destilação (14) em uma pressão entre 0,2 e 10 bar, opcionalmente após a separação de produtos de baixo ponto de ebulição da corrente (9) ou (10) em um estágio adicional de destilação (11). A pressão no segundo estágio de destilação (14) é pelo menos 0,1 bar maior do que a pressão no primeiro estágio de destilação (7). A referida destilação produz uma corrente (15) consistindo de trioxano e uma corrente (16) contendo predominantemente trioxano, além da água e do formaldeído. A corrente (16) é então destilada em um terceiro estágio de destilação (17) em uma pressão entre 0,1 e 4 bar para obter uma corrente (18) contendo predominantemente água, além de formaldeído e da corrente de reciclo (19) contendo predominantemente trioxano, além da água e do formaldeído. A corrente resultante (18) opcionalmente é destilada em um quarto estágio de destilação (20) para obter uma corrente (21) contendo predominantemente água e uma corrente (32) contendo predominantemente formaldeído.
