Abstract
"FERMENTADOR NO ESTADO SóLIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um fermentador em estado sólido para o cultivo de microorganismos em substratos sólidos, em particular, para volumes grandes. O campo de aplicação da invenção é a indústria de microbiologia. O fermentador em estado sólido de acordo com a invenção compreende um ou mais níveis fermentadores permeáveis ao ar e à água dispostos na parte superior um em relação ao outro, conectados com a parede do recipiente de tal forma que nem o ar nem a água fluam lateralmente, com um substrato de cultura que será encontrado nos níveis do fermentador para os microorganismos que serão cultivados e em que - resfriamento do material do fermentador é feito por lancetas de resfriamento que surgem verticalmente partindo da base do fermentador e que são conduzidas através dos níveis do fermentador (4) e - um selo (6) é instalado entre os níveis do fermentador (4), que é pressionado contra a parede interna do fermentador pela massa do nível acima do mesmo (4).
