Abstract

En modalidades preferidas, la invención en cuestión proporciona sistemas de fermentación en dos recipientes para producir productos basados en microbios que comprenden micelios y/o esporas fúngicas, y/o endosporas bacterianas, en donde los sistemas comprenden tanto un recipiente de fermentación sumergido como un recipiente de fermentación en estado sólido (SSF). Ventajosamente, el uso de las dos fases mejora la eficiencia de la producción de microorganismos al satisfacer los diferentes requisitos para la acumulación de biomasa y/o células vegetativas, así como los requisitos para el crecimiento micelial y/o la esporulación.
