Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR ACIDO L-GLUTáMICO POR FERMENTAçãO". Em um processo para produzir ácido L-glutâmico via fermentação que compreende cultivar, em um meio líquido em um valor de pH específico contendo ácido L-glutâmico na concentração de saturação e uma fonte de carbono, um microorganismo capaz de metabolizar a fonte de carbono e acumular ácido L-glutâmico no meio líquido descrito acima no valor de pH descrito acima em uma quantidade excedendo a concentração de saturação de ácido L-glutâmico sob tais condições que o meio tem sido ajustado para um nível de pH permitindo a precipitação de ácido L-glutâmico para deste modo formar e acumular ácido L-glutâmico no estado de precipitado do meio, L-Lisina é adicionada no meio e assim <244>-cristais de ácido L-glutârmico são precipitados no caso no qual a concentração de ácido L-glutâmico no meio é menor do que o nível permitindo a cristalização espontânea.
