Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA FERMENTAçãO DE CERVEJA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para fermentação de cerveja, particularmente uma panela de mosto (1), com um corpo de contentor (2) para receber um reservatório de mosto (3). O dispositivo contém um aquecedor interno (4) disposto no corpo de contentor (2), que é fornecido com um permutador de calor (5) e uma tela guia (8). Adicionalmente, um fluxo forçado de mosto (10) fornecido com uma bomba também é fornecido, correndo através do aquecedor (4). A fim de aumentar a eficiência do dispositivo, o fluxo forçado de mosto (10) possui um distribuidor de camada fina (17) para o mosto, que contém uma subseção de tubo (11b) conectada à bomba, com a subseção levando acima da tela guia (8) através de uma abertura de saída (13) com uma seção transversal de saída reduzida dentro do corpo de contentor (2). Adicionalmente, acima da abertura de saída (13), uma superfície defletora de guia de fluxo (15) é fornecida, na qual o fluxo chega a partir de baixo, para defletir o líquido na direção do reservatório de mosto (3).
