Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE RECURVAMENTO DE VIDRAçAS". A invenção se refere a um processo de recurvamento de vidraças (2) aquecidas em sua temperatura de amolecimento, que apresenta as seguintes características: - as vidraças (2) são colocadas sobre um quadro de recurvamento cóncavo (3) e pré-recurvadas sob a ação da gravidade, - as vidraças pré-recurvadas (2) são transferidas para uma fórma de transferência (4) com superfície de conformação cóncava, a fórma de transferência (4) sendo deslocada de baixo para cima através do quadro de recurvamento cóncavo (3) que apresenta um maior perímetro e retoma assim as vidraças (2), - a fórma de transferência (4) é trazida em recobrimento em projeção vertical com uma fórma de recurvamento final em forma de quadro (5) com superfície de conformação cóncava, - a fórma de transferência (4) é deslocada de cima para baixo através da fórma de recurvamento final (5) de maior perímetro, as vidraças (2) sendo colocadas sobre a fórma de recurvamento final (5), - as vidraças (2) são recurvadas em sua forma final, - no final da operação de recurvamento., as vidraças em sua forma final (2) são transferidas da fórma de recurvamento final (5) para um dispositivo de transporte e resfriadas. A invenção também se refere a um dispositivo para a execução do processo.
