Abstract
"PARTìCULAS COMPóSITAS, MISTURA PARA BEBIDA EM Pó, E, MéTODOS PARA PROPORCIONAR UMA MUDANçA SEQuENCIAL NAS PROPRIEDADES óPTICAS E ORGANOLéPTICAS EM UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E EM UMA BEBIDA RECONSTITUìDA". Partículas compósitas são proporcionadas que conferem efeitos únicos, ópticos e organolépticos interessantes em produtos alimentícios quando expostos a um ambiente aquoso. Em uma realização, as partículas compósitas têm um mínimo de duas camadas as quais, quando expostas a um ambiente aquoso, proporcionam pelo menos duas mudanças seq³enciais no produto alimentício. Tais mudanças podem incluir mudanças na cor ou outras características de aparência visual, flavor, e assim por diante, bem como combinações das mesmas. Em outra realização, as partículas compósitas são incluídas em uma mistura para bebida em pó em que a mistura para bebida em pó por si só proporciona a mudança seq³encial inicial seguida, através de um retardamento apropriado, a segunda mudança seq³encial; mudanças seq³enciais adicionais podem ser proporcionadas, se desejado, através de suprimento de camadas adicionais com os ingredientes apropriados ópticos e/ou organolépticos nesse meio.
