Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA ESPUMA MACIAEXTRUDADA E ESPUMA OBTIDA". Uma espuma macia tendouma dureza Asker C de menos que cerca de 65, compreendendo:(A) de 30 a 70 porcento em peso (baseado no peso combinadodos Componentes A e B) de um ou mais polímeros aromáticos dealquenila e onde pelo menos um dos ditos polómeros aromáticos dealquenila tem um peso molecular (M~ w~) de 100.000 a 500.000; e(B) de 30 a 70 por cento em peso (baseado no peso combinadodos Componentes A e B) de um ou mais interpolímerossubstancialmente aleatórios tendo UM I~ 2~ de 0,1 a 50 9/10 min.,UM M~ w~/M~ n~ de 1,5 a 20, compreendendo (1) de 8 a 45 porcento molar de unidades poliméricas derivadas de: (a) pelo menosum monómero aromático de vinila ou vinilideno, ou (b) pelo menosum monómero de vinila ou vinilideno alifático ou cicloalifáticoimpedido, ou (c) uma combinação de pelo menos um monómero devinila ou vinilideno aromático e pelo menos um monómero de vinilaou vinilideno alifático ou cicloalifático impedido, e (2) de 55 a 92por cento molar de unidades poliméricas derivadas de pelo menosum dentre etileno e/ou uma <244>-olefina de C~ 3-20~; e (3) de Oa 20 por cento molar de unidades poliméricas derivadas de um oumais monómeros polimerizáveis etilenicamente insaturados outrosque não aqueles derivados de (1) e (2); e (C) opcionalmente, um oumais agentes nucleantes; e (D) opcionalmente, um ou mais outrosaditivos; e (E) um ou mais agentes de sopro presentes numaquantidade total de 0,4 a 5,0 moléculas-grama por quilograma(baseada no peso combinado dos Componentes A e B).
