Abstract

"CâMARA DE MOLDAGEM PARA MASSAS DE AREIA VERDE".Com base em uma câmara tubular no corpo da qual duas paredesmóveis podem ser operadas, uma associada ao pistão decompactação e expulsão da massa e a outra associada a umbraço articulado e deslocável para abrir a câmara, as suascaracterísticas se situam no fato de que as paredes laterais damesma também são móveis, sendo que cada uma compreendeuma chapa (11) em associação com um suporte de chaparespectivo (12) previsto com guias (13) a fim de deslizarem em umsuporte fixo (14) pela ação de um cilindro hidráulico respectivo (15)de tal maneira que a largura efetiva da câmara pode ser adaptadaa diferentes tamanhos de massa para minimizar o consumo deareia. Adicionalmente, os braços móveis clássicos, aquelesassociados ao cilindro hidráulico para compactação e expulsão, eo braço articulado são materializados em chapas padrãorespectivas, cada uma montada em estruturas de suporte dechapa individuais, que constituem conjuntos substituíveis delarguras diferentes ajustáveis em qualquer caso a uma chapafrontal fixa de largura igual a ou menor do que a largura mínimaprevista para a câmara e unidos em uma caso ao cilindro hidráulicoe no outro ao braço articulado.
