Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SENSOR DE PRESSãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um sensor de pressão que consiste de um chip (11) que é montado em uma parede de suporte (10) e que é fornecido com uma unidade de resistência consistindo de condutores de tira e sendo dispostos no lado inferior (13) de um substrato (12). O dito lado inferior se volta para a parede de susporte (10). A unidade de resistência está localizada em uma membrana fina (18). Um recesso (19) está localizado atrás da dita membrana. O chip (11) é fixado na parede de suporte (10) por meio de uma camada intermediária elástica (26). Os componentes elétricos do chip são dispostos de modo protetor entre o substrato (12) e a parede de suporte (10). A invenção fornece uma unidade de sensor extremamente plana sem alojamento de sensor adidicional. A dita unidade de sensor pode mesmo ser usada para medir pressões em meios eletricamente condutores.
