Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en trykksensor bestående av en brikke (11) som' er montert på, en bærevegg (10) og som er forsynt med en resistansenhet bestående av strimmel- ledere, og som er anordnet ved den nedre side (13) av et substrat (12). Den nedre side vender mot bæreveggen (10). Resistansenheten er anbrakt på en tynn membran (18). En fordypning (19) er plas- sert bak membranen. Brikken (11) er festet på bæreveggen (10) ved hjelp av et elas- tisk mellomlag (26). De elektriske kompo- nentene på brikken er anordnet på beskyt- tende måte mellom substratet (12) og bære- veggen (10). Oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en uhyre flat sensorenhet uten noe ytter- ligere sensorhus. Sensorenheten kan også benyttes til å måle trykk i elektrisk le- dende medier.
