Abstract

<B>MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE DERIVADOS DE GUAR ANFóTEROS<D> Um método para a preparação de derivados anfotéricos de goma de guar de elevado Ds compreendendo a reação de goma de guar em um meio alcoólico com base alcalina e um reagente catiónico e em seguida no mesmo meio alcoólico com um excesso de base alcalina e um reagente aniónico, o reagente catiónico contendo um grupo de amino, amónio, imino, sulfónico ou fosfónico e o reagente aniónico contendo um grupo de carboxila, sulfonato, sulfato, fosfato ou fosfonato. Cada um dos grupos catiónico e aniónico tendo um DS de desde aproximadamente 0,05 a 1 e preferivelmente de 0,1 a 1.
