Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una composición novedosa de celulasa que se puede obtener a partir de especies de Bacillus CBS 669.93. Una celulasapreferida presenta un peso molecular calculada de aproximadamente 63 kd, un punto isoeléctrico calculado de alrededor de 5 y un pH óptimo en CMC dealrededor de 6 a 40°C y 60°C.
