Abstract

"BOMBA DE VAPORIZAçãO". A invenção relaciona a uma manual, bomba (100) de vaporização de ferra automática de pré-compressão que emprega um número mínimo de partes diferentes. A montagem (100) inclui um recipiente para o líquido, o qual é para ser dispensado, uma tampa (120), para fechar a extremidade de abertura do recipiente, uma unidade de tubo de aspiração (104) convencional, um elemento de válvula (400), um pistão (600), uma mola (700) e um cilindro (500) para alojar o pistão (600) e prover uma câmara de compressão (516). A extremidade superior da válvula funciona como uma válvula de saída (402) e a extremidade inferior da válvula funciona como uma válvula de entrada (414). A mola (700) é uma mola composta e serve a duas funções variáveis independentemente. Ambas servem para forçar a extremidade de saída da válvula (402) em um encaixe de vedação constante com o interior do pistão (600), e para resistir ao movimento de compressão do pistão (600).
