Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "POLINUCLEOTìDEOS OTIMIZADOS EMVEGETAIS CODIFICANDO PROTEìNAS PESTICIDAS DEAPROXIMADAMENTE 15 kDa E DE APROXIMADAMENTE 45kDa". A invenção em questão fornece novas seq³ências depolinucleotídeos otimizadas em vegetais que codificam toxinaspesticidas. As seq³ências de polinucleotídeos da invenção emquestão têm algumas modificações, comparadas às seq³ências dotipo selvagem, por exemplo, que as torna particularmenteadequadas para expressão otimizada em vegetais. Usando asseq³ências de polinucleotídeos descritas neste relatório, pode serrealizada a transformação das plantas, usando técnicasconhecidas por aqueles versados na técnica, de modo a conferiràs plantas referidas resistência às pestes.
