Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA MODIFICAçãO EM SUPERFìCIE QUE TEM UMA ATIVIDADE NãO TROMBOGêNICA MELHORADA, E, SUBSTRATO MODIFICADO EM SUPERFìCIE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de modificações de superfície que têm uma atividade antitrombogênica melhorada, sendo que o melhoramento é conseguido por tratamento de heparina a temperaturas elevadas ou a pH elevado ou em contato com catalisadores nucleofílicos tais como aminas, álcoois, tióis ou grupos amino imobilizado, hidroxila ou tiol antes de ligação da dita heparina à superfície a ser modificada.
