Abstract

"POLPA, PRODUTOS DE PAPEL E PAPELãO DE PARTìCULASDONAX ARUNDO". Painéis compostos e polpa, e produtos depapel da polpa, são produzidos de donax Arundo. Na fabricaçãodos painéis compostos, donax Arundo é cominuído (20) a umtamanho adequado, combinado com um aglutinante (40, 50) econsolidado (80) em painéis que satisfazem os padrões para aconstrução e/ou fornecimento de painéis de grau. Os partículasdonax Arundo podem ser combinados com os partículas demadeira, para produzir uma fonte mista, que pode ser usada napreparação de painéis compostos. Donax Arundo cominuído étratado em processos de polpação convencionais para produziruma polpa de alta resistência à tração, que pode ser usada naprodução de papel. A polpa tem uma cor mais clara do que a polpade madeira e usa, desse modo, menos substâncias químicasalvejantes para atingir uma alvura desejada. A polpa pode sercombinada com a polpa de madeira para produzir vários produtos.
