Abstract

本发明公开了本发明基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下组分:马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、杉木硫酸盐纸浆、阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。本发明通过在纸浆中加入保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵来增强湿帘纸的强度及保水性。

基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种湿帘纸,具体涉及基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸。
背景技术
帘风机调温调湿设备取代传统的空调降温设备,具有节能、环保、经济实用的优点。其关键部件为湿帘,制造湿帘的材料要求蒸发比表面积大、吸水性强、降温效率高、阻力损失小、干时不脆、湿挺强度高、表面毛刺少、不易粘脏物、方便清洗、使用寿命长、成本低、对环境无污染等,以保证湿帘的正常制造和产品质量,湿帘纸是理想的制造湿帘的材料。
湿帘纸一般采用全针叶木纸浆生产,产品成本高,吸水性、保水性较差,强度低,需添加较高用量的化学品生产,因此,现有的湿帘纸强度低、保水性、吸水性差,因此,现有湿帘纸使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有湿帘纸使用寿命短,目的在于提供基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,解决现有湿帘纸使用寿命短的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下组分:马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、杉木硫酸盐纸浆、阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
本发明通过在纸浆中加入保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵来增强湿帘纸的强度及保水性,加入酚醛树脂的湿帘纸具有优异的吸水性能和保水性,加入碱式氯化铝的目的在于对纸浆中带负电荷的、相互排斥的胶体胶粘物、细微胶粘物、超细颜料颗粒、细小纤维等进行电荷预处理,在用量较少的情况下,其作用主要使得浆料中的细微胶粘物粒子、胶体胶粘物以及超细颜料悬浮粒子脱稳、聚集、絮凝、混凝;芦竹粉末能够提高湿帘纸的强度;聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵的目的在于,与碱式氯化铝协同作用对纸浆中细小组分的复合絮凝,此聚合物吸附于仍整体带负电荷的聚集物颗粒表面,在该处形成带正电荷的区域,局部带正电荷的区域与周围颗粒带负电荷的部分发生静电吸引,从而引起再次絮聚。本发明中的湿帘纸强度高、吸水保水性腔,因此,其使用寿命长。
所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下重量分数的组分:70-100份马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、10-15份杉木硫酸盐纸浆、20-30份阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、20-30份保湿剂、40-50份芦竹粉末、40-50份酚醛树脂、2-3份碱式氯化铝、5-10份表面活性剂、2-3份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。本发明通过多次试验,结合各组分的成本,优选出了最佳的组分配比范围。
所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下重量分数的组分:85份马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、13份杉木硫酸盐纸浆、25份阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、25份保湿剂、45份芦竹粉末、45份酚醛树脂、3份碱式氯化铝、8份表面活性剂、3份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。优选出了最佳的组分配比
所述酚醛树脂包括以下组分:苯酚、甲醛、木质素、三聚氰胺、碱。苯酚、甲醛、木质素、三聚氰胺、碱反应生成酚醛树脂,采用木质素和三聚氰胺作为改性剂制备得到改性酚醛树脂,不仅能够提高湿帘纸的挺度,而且能够提高其韧性,从而增加湿帘纸的加工性能。
所述苯酚与木质素的质量比为100:10~60,苯酚与三聚氰胺的质量比为100:10~50,苯酚与碱的质量比为100:2~8,苯酚与甲醛的摩尔比为1:2~4。本发明通过多次试验,结合各组分的成本,优选出了最佳的组分配比范围。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸通过在纸浆中加入保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵来增强湿帘纸的强度及保水性;
2、本发明基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸用木质素和三聚氰胺作为改性剂制备得到改性酚醛树脂,不仅能够提高湿帘纸的挺度,而且能够提高其韧性,从而增加湿帘纸的加工性能;
3、本发明基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸加工工艺简单,湿帘纸成品性能好。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
本发明基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下组分:马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、杉木硫酸盐纸浆、阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。所述酚醛树脂包括以下组分:苯酚、甲醛、木质素、三聚氰胺、碱。苯酚、甲醛、木质素、三聚氰胺、碱反应生成酚醛树脂,采用木质素和三聚氰胺作为改性剂制备得到改性酚醛树脂,不仅能够提高湿帘纸的挺度,而且能够提高其韧性,从而增加湿帘纸的加工性能。所述苯酚与木质素的质量比为100:10~60,苯酚与三聚氰胺的质量比为100:10~50,苯酚与碱的质量比为100:2~8,苯酚与甲醛的摩尔比为1:2~4。本发明通过多次试验,结合各组分的成本,优选出了最佳的组分配比范围。

基于实施例1,所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下重量分数的组分:70-100份马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、10-15份杉木硫酸盐纸浆、20-30份阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、20-30份保湿剂、40-50份芦竹粉末、40-50份酚醛树脂、2-3份碱式氯化铝、5-10份表面活性剂、2-3份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。本发明通过多次试验,结合各组分的成本,优选出了最佳的组分配比范围。对得到的湿帘纸的挺度进行测试,结果表明,其在弯曲度为15°时,挺度为90~100mN,由此可见,本发明制备的湿帘纸可以满足使用的要求;对得到的湿帘纸的韧性进行测试,结果表明,其耐破度在180-200,透气度18-20um/Pa·s,吸水高度40-43mm/10min,紧度0.55g/cm3,水分7-7.5%。
实施例3
基于上述实施例,所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,包括以下重量分数的组分:85份马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、13份杉木硫酸盐纸浆、25份阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、25份保湿剂、45份芦竹粉末、45份酚醛树脂、3份碱式氯化铝、8份表面活性剂、3份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。优选出了最佳的组分配比。
对得到的湿帘纸的挺度进行测试,结果表明,其在弯曲度为15°时,挺度为100mN,由此可见,本发明制备的湿帘纸可以满足使用的要求;对得到的湿帘纸的韧性进行测试,结果表明,其耐破度在200,透气度20um/Pa·s,吸水高度43mm/10min,紧度0.55g/cm3,水分7.5%。

1.基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,其特征在于,包括以下组分:马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、杉木硫酸盐纸浆、阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、保湿剂、芦竹粉末、酚醛树脂、碱式氯化铝、表面活性剂、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:70-100份马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、10-15份杉木硫酸盐纸浆、20-30份阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、20-30份保湿剂、40-50份芦竹粉末、40-50份酚醛树脂、2-3份碱式氯化铝、5-10份表面活性剂、2-3份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,其特征在于,,包括以下重量分数的组分:85份马尾松硫酸盐纸浆、13份杉木硫酸盐纸浆、25份阔叶木硫酸盐纸浆、25份保湿剂、45份芦竹粉末、45份酚醛树脂、3份碱式氯化铝、8份表面活性剂、3份聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项权利要求所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,其特征在于,所述酚醛树脂包括以下组分:苯酚、甲醛、木质素、三聚氰胺、碱。
5.根据权利要求4所述的基于高分子聚合物的湿帘纸,其特征在于,所述苯酚与木质素的质量比为100:10~60,苯酚与三聚氰胺的质量比为100:10~50,苯酚与碱的质量比为100:2~8,苯酚与甲醛的摩尔比为1:2~4。
