Abstract

"PROCESSO DE CONGLOMERAçãO DE UM MINERAL EM UM ESTADO GRANULAR PARA FUSãO REDUTORA, E, AGENTE AGLUTINANTE PARA O MESMO". A invenção refere-se à aglomeração ou à briquetagem de um mineral no estado granular fino menor do que 5 mm para fusão redutora que pode ser misturado com finos por conglomeração do mineral com um agente aglutinante preparado a partir de pelo menos silicato de sódio, resina acrílica, vinil-álcool, bórax, cloreto de magnésio e se requerido durante fusão redutora com um antioxidante tal como sódio. Os briquetes ou conglomerados aglutinados apresentam superiores propriedades de resistência.
