Abstract
"PROCESSO DE CONGLOMERAçãO DE UM MINERAL EM UM ESTADO GRANULAR PARA FUSãO REDUTORA, E, AGENTE AGLUTINANTE PARA O MESMO". A invenção refere-se à aglomeração ou à briquetagem de um mineral no estado granular fino menor do que 5 mm para fusão redutora que pode ser misturado com finos por conglomeração do mineral com um agente aglutinante preparado a partir de pelo menos silicato de sódio, resina acrílica, vinil-álcool, bórax, cloreto de magnésio e se requerido durante fusão redutora com um antioxidante tal como sódio. Os briquetes ou conglomerados aglutinados apresentam superiores propriedades de resistência."PROCESS OF CONGLOMERATION OF A MINERAL IN A GRANULAR STATE FOR REDUCING FUSION, AND, AGLUTINANT AGENT FOR THE SAME". The invention relates to the agglomeration or briquetting of a mineral in a fine granular state less than 5 mm for reducing melting that can be mixed with fines by conglomerating the mineral with a binder made from at least sodium silicate, resin acrylic, vinyl-alcohol, borax, magnesium chloride and if required during reducing fusion with an antioxidant such as sodium. Briquettes or agglutinated conglomerates have superior resistance properties.
