A invenção refere-se a piperidinas substituídas da fórmula (I), na qual R¹ representa H, halogênio, alquila, halogenoalquila ou cicloalquila; R² e R³ são como definidos na descrição; A representa CH ou N; X representa NH, O ou S(O)~ q~ em que q = 0, 1 ou 2; Y e Z significam O, S ou imino eventualmente substituído; m e n representam 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5; R^ 4^ e R^ 4'^ representam H, alquila, halogenoalquila, halogênio ou alcóxi; R^ 5^ representa alquila, alquenila, alquinila, arila ou heterociclila eventualmente substituídas, na qual uma ou mais unidades de carbono podem estar substituídas com CO ou unidades de heteroátomos; processo para sua preparação, a composições contendo os mesmos e ao seu uso como pesticidas e fungicidas.
