Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"C~ 11~ OXIMIL E HIDROXILAMINO PROSTAGLANDINAS úTEIS COMO AGONISTAS DE FP"<D>. A invenção fornece novos análogos de prostaglandina. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se a compostos tendo uma estrutura de acordo com a fórmula (I) onde R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~, R~ 4~, R~ 5~, R~ 6~, W, X, Z, a, b, p e p estão definidos abaixo. Esta invenção também inclui isómeros óticos, diastereómeros e enantiómeros de fórmula (I), e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, amidas, ésteres e imidas biohidrolisáveis dos mesmos. Os compostos da presente invenção são úteis para o tratamento de várias doenças e condições, tais como distúrbios ósseos e glaucoma. Por conseguinte, a invenção fornece ainda composições farmacêuticas compreendendo esses compostos. A invenção fornece ainda métodos de tratamento para distúrbios ósseos e glaucoma usando esses compostos ou as composições contendo os mesmos.
