Abstract

"EPìTOPOS NAS PROTEìNAS DO ENVELOPE VIRAL E ANTICORPOS ESPECìFICOS DIRECIONADOS CONTRA ESTES EPìTOPOS; E USO PARA A DETECçãO DOS ANTìGENOS VIRAIS DO HCV NO TECIDO DO HOSPEDEIRO" Os anticorpos para dois novos epítopos nas proteínas do envelope do HCV foram identificados permitindo a detecção da rotina dos antígenos naturais do envelope do HCV, em tecidos ou células derivadas do hospedeiro. Os novos epítopos são: a região E1 aa 307-326 e a região N-terminal super variável E2 aa 395-415. Surpreendentemente, caracterizamos um anticorpo que reage com várias seq³ências do domínio hipervariável de E2. São descritos os anticorpos monoclonais específicos direcionados contra estes epítopos e como permitir a detecção de rotina deste antígeno viral
