<B>"FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADO, GENE QUIMéRICO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA TRANSFORMADA, POLIPEPTìDIO, MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DO NìVEL DE EXPRESSãO DE UMA PROTEìNA, MéTODO DE OBTENçãO DE UM FRAGMENTO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO E PRODUTO"<D> A presente invenção refere-se a um fragmento de ácido nucléico isolado que codifica uma proteína de fosforilação R1 de amido. A invenção também se refere à construção de um gene quimérico que codifica toda ou uma parte da proteína de fosforilação R1 de amido, na orientação de sentido ou anti-sentido, sendo que a expressão do gene quimérico resulta na produção de níveis alterados da proteína de fosforilação R1 de amido em uma célula hospedeira transformada.<B> "ISOLATED NUCLEIC ACID FRAGMENT, CHIMERIC GENE, TRANSFORMED HOST CELL, POLYPEPTIO, METHOD OF CHANGING THE PROTEIN EXPRESSION LEVEL, METHOD OF GETTING A FOOD PRODUCT". refers to an isolated nucleic acid fragment encoding a starch phosphorylation R1 protein.
