Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PRODUTO AROMáTICO COMPREENDENDO COMPOSTOS FLAVORIZANTES"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um produto aromático compreendendo compostos flavorizantes, obtidos através de um processo compreendendo: dissolver em água aminoácidos, peptídeos ou proteínas hidrolisadas e açúcares redutores e dissolver em água precursores de aroma; introduzir na dita solução um tensoativo comestível tomado no grupo que consiste em um monoglicerídio e um fosfolipídio, aquecer a mistura obtida para ter uma estrutura de fase mesomórfica ou uma microemulsão, manter o dito aquecimento para desenvolver compostos flavorizantes, e resfriar a dita mistura.
