Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçãO DE POLìMERO DE OLEFA TENDO UMA BAIXA GERAçãO DE FUMAçA E FIBRA, PELìCULA E TECIDO PREPARADOS A PARTIR DELA<D>". Uma composição polimérica e fibra, película e tecido preparados a partir dela. A composição contém (i) um agente neutralizador de ácido diferente de um sal metálico de um ácido graxo saturado ou insaturado, (ii) um adjuvante de processamento que compreende um sal metálico de um ácido graxo saturado ou insaturado, estando o sal metálico de um saturado ou insaturado presente em uma quantidade máxima de 200 ppm, um sistema estabilizador contendo (a) um fosfito selecionado do grupo que consiste em 2,2',2'' -nitrilo [trietil-tris(3,3', 5, 5'-tetra-di-terc.butil-1,1 bifenil-2,2'diil)fosfito] e tris (2,4-terc-butilfenil)fosfito; e (b) uma N,N-dialquil hidroxilamina. Também descrito é um processo de preparação de uma fibra, película ou tecido de poliolefina que inclui (A) a incorporação dos aditivos acima em um polímero de olefina produzindo, deste modo, um polímero poliolefínico estabilizado; e (B) extrusão de um polímero de olefina estabilizado através de uma matriz produzindo, deste modo, uma fibra ou película de polímero de olefina.
