<B>"SISTEMA PARA IDENTIFICAR E AUTENTICAR ACESSóRIOS, SUBSTâNCIAS/MATERIAIS OPERACIONAIS E/OU AUXILIARES PARA ITENS DE UM EQUIPAMENTO E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR E DECODIFICAR A INFORMAçãO PROPORCIONADA NUMA PARTE PORTADORA DE DADOS OTICAMENTE LEGìVEL DO SISTEMA"<D>. No caso de um sistema para identificar e autenticar os acessórios, para itens do equipamento, os acessórios ou substâncias/materiais auxiliares e/ou operacionais, ou seus recipientes de armazenagem, são proporcionados com uma parte portadora de dados, na qual a informação que pode ser captada pelo olho humano e é distinta a um observador humano é armazenada. O item do equipamento está, neste caso, proporcionado com um dispositivo de leitura e avaliação para esta informação. O dispositivo de leitura e avaliação tem um dispositivo de comparação para comparar a informação lida com um item armazenado de informação, bem como um controlador de habilitação para pelo menos um componente funcional do item do equipamento. Se a informação lida coincidir com a informação armazenada, um sinal de autenticação ou sinal de habilitação é fornecido pelo controlador de habilitação ao componente funcional, o qual permite a operação do item do equipamento; e se a informação lida não coincidir com a informação armazenada, ele desabilita a operação do item do equipamento e emite um sinal de advertência.
