Abstract
Patente de Invenção para "CAVILHA MULTIPARTE PARA ESCORA REMOVìVEL". Uma cavilha de multipartes é inserida através de um orificio. Em uma forma, a cavilha multiparte para uma escora removível, que é provida de um pino de escora e desprovido de qualquer rosqueamento é projetado como uma escora de carga pesada consistindo em uma bucha de cavilha (1.2) e um corpo expansor (1.3) que repousa em um contra-nível (1.5) na abertura (1.6) da cavilha acima da bucha da cavilha (1.2) e bloqueia o pino de escora de carga pesada (1.1) contra folgas não garantidas. A bucha de cavilha (1.2) é escorada dentro do orifício por meio de dentes e possui muitos e sucessivos anéis anulares em seu interior (1.8). Os anéis anulares (1.9) do corpo expansor situado na parede exterior de dito corpo (1.3) são alocados de forma oposta aos anéis anulares da bucha de cavilha. Os anéis anulares (1.9) do corpo expansor são modelados de tal forma que quando o corpo expansor é deslocado em relação a bucha de cavilha (1.2), a pressão das forças agem sobre o pino de escora de carga pesada (1.1) e o orifício. Corpos rotacionais de fixação (1.11) são inseridos dentro dos espaços livres (1.10) que são formados entre os anéis. Em uma outra forma, a cavilha multiparte protege o pino de escora (2.1) de folgas não garantidas por meio de calçamento e provendo suporte a um encaixe (2.4) na parede interior do lado externo da bucha de cavilha (2.2) que cabe dentro do orifício, pelo qual dito encaixe possui extremidades inclinadas (2.6, 2.11) apontando para fora da aberura (2.5) do orificio, formando planos inclinados da abertura (2.5) dos orificios para frente.
