Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A FABRICAçãO VARIáVEL DE DORMENTES DE CONCRETO PARA ESTRADAS DE FERRO"<D>. Um método para a fabricação flexível de dormentes para estrada de ferro de concreto com ou sem reforço por protensão, para o qual os moldes são limpos em uma estação de preparação e dotados dos reforços, de modo a subseq³entemente serem cheios com concreto em uma estação de concretagem e vibração, e os dormentes para estrada de ferro são curados por um tratamento térmico, sendo todos os dormentes para estrada de ferro fabricados em moldes múltiplos, preferencialmente em moldes quádruplos com dimensões idênticas, sendo o tratamento térmico administrado em câmaras de aquecimento, as quais são carregadas e descarregadas com os moldes cheios de concreto por meio de um dispositivo de assistência de prateleiras, o qual leva os moldes para uma estação de alívio de tensões e esvaziamento adiante de uma estação de preparação, assim como um aparelho para levar o método a cabo.
