Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PREPARAçãO DIRETA DE PIRROLO[3,4-C]PIRRóIS"<D>. é descrito um processo para a preparação direta de 1,4-dicetopirrolo-[3-4-c]pirróis pigmentares da fórmula (I) onde cada um de R~ 1~ e R~ 2~, independentemente do outro, é um radical aromático isocíclico ou heterocíclico, processo este que compreende o aquecimento de uma razão molar apropriada de um dissuccinato com uma nitrila da fórmula (II) R~ 1~-CN (II) ou da fórmula (III) R~ 2~-CN (III) ou com misturas das ditas nitrilas, em um solvente orgânico, e na presença de uma base forte e uma quantidade efetiva de um inibidor do crescimento da partícula selecionado de fórmulas (IV)-(X), e então a obtenção do composto de fórmula (I) a partir do produto de reação por protólise. O processo produz 1,4-dicetopirrolo-[3-4-c]pirróis pigmentares diretamente, isto é, sem a necessidade de tratamentos subseq³entes adicionais para a redução do tamanho da partícula. Também descrita é uma composição compreendendo um 1,4-dicetopirrolo-[3-4-c]pirrol pigmentar e o inibidor do crescimento da partícula. Estas composições de pigmentos são úteis para pigmentar materiais orgânicos de alto peso molecular.
