Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE CAMADAS CERAMICAS, LIMITADORAS DE DIFUSãO, ASSIM COMO O EMPREGO DESTAS CAMADAS"<D>. As camadas cerâmicas porosas que também atuam como limitadoras de difusão são, por regra geral, fabricadas pela adição de formadores de poros específicos ao material cerâmico sintetizado. A camada de porosidade aí obtida situa-se na região micrométrica. Os métodos conhecidos para a fabricação de tais camadas estão previstos para a aplicação em substratos planares. A adequação para superfícies esféricas e uma porosidade da camada na região de nanómetros são estabelecidos por um processo, de acordo com a presente invenção, onde um pó oxicerâmico com uma superfície específica na região de 5 a 50 m^ 2^/g e com um tamanho médio de partículas primárias de 20 a 450 nm são previamente submetidos a um tratamento térmico na faixa de temperaturas entre 800 C e 1150 C e em seguida são misturados com o pó oxicerâmico não-tratado, para em seguida ser aplicada sobre uma base de substrato com alta estabilidade a temperaturas elevadas e queimada em temperaturas na faixa entre 1000 C e 1350 C. Alternadamente, em lugar do pó oxicerâmico previamente submetido a um tratamento térmico pode ser empregado um pó vítreo de recristalização. A faixa de temperaturas de queima situa-se neste caso entre 850 C e 1000 C
