Abstract
"BANDA DE RODAGEM DE PNEU CONTENDO BORRACHA DE ISOPRENO-BUTADIENO". Esta invenção se refere a um composto para bandas de rodagem de pneus que é facilmente processável, que pode ser usado na fabricação de pneus com características notáveis de desgaste da banda de rodagem, resistência ao rolamento e tração. Os compostos para bandas de rodagem de pneus desta invenção são uma mistura de borracha de isopreno-butadieno acoplada com estanho, borracha de 3,4-poliisopreno e borracha natural ou poliisopreno sintético. Os compostos para bandas de rodagem de pneus desta invenção podem ser utilizados na fabricação de pneus com resistência ao rolamento grandemente melhorada, sem sacrificar as características de processabilidade, tração ou desgaste da banda de rodagem. Essas propriedades aperfeiçoadas podem ser devidas, em parte, à melhor interação e compatibilidade com cargasde negro-de-fumo e/ou sílica. A borracha de isopreno-butadieno na mistura pode ser acoplada com estanho assimetricamente para melhorar ainda mais as características de fluxo a frio da mistura de borracha. O acoplamento com estanho assimetricamente em geral também proporciona uma melhor processabilidade e outras propriedades benéficas. Esta invenção apresenta, mais especificamente, uma composição de borracha para bandas de rodagem de pneus que é composta por (1) cerca de 20 ppc a cerca de 60 ppc de borracha de isopreno-butadieno acoplada com estanho, (2) cerca de 20 ppc a cerca de 60 ppc de uma borracha selecionada no grupo que consiste em borracha natural e poliisopreno sintético, (3) cerca de 5 ppc a cerca de 40 ppc de borracha de 3,4-poliisopreno, (4) cerca de 25 a cerca de 50 ppc de negro-de-fumo, e (5) cerca de 5 ppc a cerca de 30 ppc de sílica.
