Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REMOçãO DE CONTAMINANTES DE UMA CORRENTE DE DIóXIDO DE CARBONO GASOSO" Um sistema para a remoção de traços (níveis em ppm) de hidrocarboneto e de compostos de enxofre, do dióxido de carbono envolvendo o uso de um sistema de oxidação catalítica tolerante a enxofre que oxida os contaminantes a dióxido de carbono, água e dióxido de enxofre que são depois removidos por meio de técnicas de adsorção e/ou absorção. O sistema é aplicável tanto em instalações de produção de dióxido de carbono quanto em purificação de CO2 no sítio para usuários finais.
